| Yes VX has an electrode wizard and it works well, you simply select the faces by regions in a couple clicks you have the geometry, select over burn and extension distances. When you are done creating the electrode geometry, add a holder to replicate the edm conditions and VX copies out the electrode to it's own part geometry, what's best is the fact that in 5 more mouse clicks you can have the G- code for it. The other way is to create an extruded block and then trim it. Followed by the electrode holder and automatically out to CAM.
